  is about 60 Miles east of Atlanta, with a population of about 4000.

It's one of those cities that offers more than enough events to keep the local population active.


One of the events that we found exciting for outsiders to attend is a chili cook-off, they host during October.

Join us in Downtown Boston, GA for our monthly Cruise-In + Sip & Stroll! This event takes place on the third Saturday of each month! We will kick off the Cruise-In with FAR2FRESH in Watt Park at 6 PM! They will rock Boston until 9 PM!   Our shops will be open for extended hours for shopping.


The second interesting event will be a marathon held

 October 25 @ 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

 Cave Spring, Georgia is primarily known for its namesake cave.

 A natural limestone cave with a mineral spring that flows into a rock pond. The water has been the surrounding community's drinking source for decades. Visitors flock to Cave Spring toting jugs to fill at the spring to take home — it truly is that refreshing.

Evidently, their annual event is something to see. It's been going on for 50 years!

Arts and Crafts Festival

Saturday, June 14 -- 9 am till 6 pm 

Sunday, June 15 - 10 am till 5 pm

Browse through booths offering beautiful two and 3-dimensional art as you walk in Rolater Park, where Indians played ball before they left on the Trail of Tears, now marked beside the Park. Enjoy a variety of vendors, eat lunch, go in the cave, take a cool dip in the purported 2nd largest "swimming hole" in Georgia, see the 2-story log Cabin that belonged to Cherokee Avery Vann before 1838, visit upscale and antique shops in Cave Spring, Plan a lovely day driving through the lush valleys of Northwest Georgia to Cave Spring, only 16 miles from Rome and about 75 miles from Atlanta, Chattanooga, and Birmingham.


Another great event is planned for September.

"President Jimmy Carter"

There is a "National Park" there where Jimmy Carter's boyhood home can be seen along with other historical sites.
